General specifications
To ensure the security and stability of the platform, all uploaded files are automatically checked for viruses and malware. Files with a maximum size of 256 MB can be uploaded.
Supported file types in detail
Here you will find an overview of all file types that can be processed across the platform:

| Documents | PDF, Microsoft Office (.doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx) and OpenOffice (.odt, .ods, .odp). |

JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP. Note: HEIC and HEIF files (e.g., from iOS devices) are automatically converted to JPG format during upload to ensure compatibility. |
| Videos | MP4, MOV, MPEG, WEBM, and other technical video standards. |

Depending on the area in the Cockpit, different upload options are available:

If you experience problems uploading a file, please check whether the format is included in the list above and the file size does not exceed the limit.
