Required permission
To be able to assign permissions with the help of tags, you must be a "Team Admin". Do you need the "Team Admin" permission? Inform your current team administrator, who can grant you this permission.
Assign permissions with tags
Do you want to assign permissions for several different channels at the app, property, building or residential unit level to a new or existing team member?
You can do this in the conventional way by selecting them individually, or you can use an existing tag that already contains the channels.
- As usual, open the Administration and click on "Company".
- Select the team member's company.
- Select an existing team member or create a new one.
- In the view, switch to the "Permissions" page.
- Click on "+" on the right.
- Instead of the "Channels" tab, select "Tags".
- On the left, you can now select the corresponding tags or just individual channels at the property/building/or residential unit level that are within the tag. Then, on the right side, select the permissions that you want to add to the team member and click "Save" at the bottom.
- The team member now has the permissions for the selected tags. You can also add more permissions or remove existing ones.
