How do I convert pinboard posts into tickets in Issue management?
- Open Allthings Cockpit.
- Go to the Communication center.
- Search for the relevant tenant post in the overview.
- Click on the tenant post.
- Click on Create ticket.
- Add any missing information and select a category.
- Click on Save ticket.
→ The ticket is now available in your Issue management.
