What are Themes?
The Themes feature allows you to structure, categorize, and filter pinboard posts.
They function similarly to hashtags and help you find relevant content faster. Residents can search specifically for certain Themes, such as #Garden, and exchange information more easily.
Additional Information: Themes are currently not multilingual and are only available at the app level.
How do I manage Themes?
With the App Admin permission, you can create new Themes for the Pinboard in Allthings Cockpit and edit or delete existing ones.
Create new Themes
- Open Allthings Cockpit.
- Go to Administration and select Platform settings.
- Switch to the Micro-app settings and select the Bulletin board.
- Under the Themes tab, you can create new Themes by clicking on "Add new Theme".
- The creation mask will then open, where you can define the Theme name.
Edit existing Themes
Rename existing Themes by clicking in the text field. You can then adjust the Theme name.
Delete existing Themes
Delete existing Themes by clicking on the trash can icon.
