Invite employees of a commercial tenant
To invite employees of an existing commercial tenant to the app, you need the "Employee Agent" permission. If you have the permission, proceed as follows:
- Open Commercial management in the Cockpit.
- Select the desired commercial tenant.
- Go to the "Invited employees" menu item.
- Click on "Invite employees".
- Enter the name, email address, and optionally the phone number of the person you want to invite.
- If necessary, select the option "Assign the Tenant Company Admin permission to the invited employee".
- Click on Invite to complete the process.
- The invited person receives an email with a registration link.
You will then see all invited people directly in the overview. Select the three dots on the far right to remove the person as a Tenant Company Admin, resend the invitation, or delete the invitation. After a person has accepted the invitation, they are automatically assigned to the commercial tenant and appear in the "Registered employees" menu item.
Create activation code
As an alternative to a personal invitation, you can create an activation code. Employees can register with the activation code and are automatically assigned to the commercial tenant. If you have activated the option "Create this activation code for Tenant Company Admins", registered employees receive extended permissions. As soon as the employee has completed the registration with the activation code, you will see them under "Registered employees" and can manage their permissions or remove them there.
- Open the corresponding commercial tenant.
- Switch to the Settings menu item.
- Click on "Create code".
- Optional: Activate the option "Create this activation code for Company Admins" to give registered employees extended permissions.
Delete registered employees
If a person leaves the company or no longer needs access to the app:
- Open the commercial tenant and go to the "Registered employees" menu item.
- Click on the "three-dot symbol" on the far right of the row of the person concerned.
- Select "Remove employee" and confirm the process.
The person is immediately removed and loses access to the app. The email address can be used again later, if necessary.
