Introduction
The Commercial Management function in the Allthings Cockpit offers you the opportunity to manage commercial tenants within your property in a structured way. You can create companies, invite employees, designate Company Admins, and delete or edit existing accounts as needed. The function is particularly suitable for commercial properties with several independent companies.
Information in the Help Center
You can find detailed instructions on how to use the function in these articles:
- Commercial management | Create and manage commercial tenants

- Commercial management | Tenant Company Admin
Required permissions
To access commercial management, you need the "PM Company Admin" permission. With the "PM Company Admin" permission, you can create commercial tenants, edit existing ones, and assign rental periods. With the "Employee Agent" permission, you can invite employees to an existing commercial tenant and assign the "Tenant Company Admins" permission. "Tenant Company Admins" can make all settings for the respective commercial tenant. You can find more about permissions here.
Commercial management functions
- Create and manage commercial tenants: Add and manage new companies with names, addresses, and other details.
- Invite and remove employees: Assign, invite, or remove people from a company.
- Designate Tenant Company Admins: Appoint responsible persons within a company who can manage internal rights.
Benefits of commercial management
- Clear assignment of people to companies
- Delegation of user management to Company Admins
- Clear structuring of commercial units
- Flexible and simple management directly in the Cockpit
Example of using commercial management
A company moves into a commercial space in your property. Via the commercial management, you create the company, invite its employees, and designate a Tenant Company Admin. They can then independently invite or remove new colleagues in the future. This way, you maintain control without having to intervene in day-to-day administrative processes.
