Features by Allthings
Allthings develops its own features that provide basic applications for the administration and communication around your property. These include among others:
- Bookings: Reservation and booking of shared resources.
- Documents: Provision of important documents such as rental contracts or house rules.
- Info articles: Information on recurring topics or common processes.
- Sharing: Management of items to share or lend within the property, e.g., appliances or tools.
- Marketplace: Exchanging, selling, or giving away items in the neighborhood.
- My neighbors: Display of neighbor profiles for more networking in the building.
- Chats and groups: Direct messaging feature between residents.
- Pinboard: Posts, requests, and offers within the residential community.
- Issue management: Central entry point for inquiries, support, and getting in touch.
These features support both residents and property management in communicating, organizing, and providing offerings in the property.
Features by partner companies
In addition to the Allthings-specific features, there are further features provided by partner companies. These partner solutions expand the scope of the platform.
Depending on the solution, these are either:
- Simple links to a partner's external platform or website, or
- Deep integrations, where features are integrated directly into existing areas such as "Requests" or the booking system.
