Sometimes, the Allthings App may not function properly on older devices or with outdated operating systems. This can manifest as a blank or blue screen, or loading issues.
Why do these problems occur?
We continuously develop our app and regularly adapt our technical standards and security features. These updates can result in older devices or operating systems no longer fully supporting the app's functions and display. System-specific components like the Safari browser or Android Web View can also be affected.
Are you affected?
Users with older Apple devices (e.g., iPhone SE - 1st generation, iPhone 6) or iOS versions below 16.4, as well as Android devices or versions below 10, are affected. These devices and operating system versions may no longer meet our app's minimum requirements.
What can you do?
To continue using the app optimally, we recommend keeping your device and operating system up to date.
Current compatibility requirements
Currently, at least iOS 16.4 and Android 10 are supported. You can always find the current system requirements directly in the app stores:
How do I know when an update is available?
As soon as a new version of the app is released, the app automatically shows a notice with an update button. This button takes you directly to the corresponding page in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to perform the update. If you do not want to update the app right away, you can close the notice and continue using the app with the previous version.
