What is a registration code?
A registration code is a personal code that gives you access to the Allthings app. The app has been specially developed to create an exclusive community for residents of a building or property. With this code, you can register for the first time and use the benefits of the app.
How do I get my registration code?
Your registration code is provided by your property management, for example on a welcome letter or in person or by phone.
Have you not received a registration code yet? Please contact your property management directly.
Where do I enter the registration code?
- Open the Allthings app on your smartphone or computer.
- Click on “Sign up”.
- After you have entered your email address, you may be asked to enter your registration code. Enter the registration code in the corresponding field and follow the further instructions.
Why doesn't my registration code work with my email address?
If you received your code with an invitation, it only works with the email address the invitation was sent to. If you use a different address, a message shows the correct address, partially hidden. Register with that address. If it is no longer your current address, please contact your property management.
Can I register without a registration code?
If your email address has already been added to a rental period by your property management, no registration code is required.
You will usually have already received an invitation email, which you can use to register directly. If you have not yet received an invitation email or can no longer find it, simply click on “Sign up” and enter your email address. You will then receive another email for registration.
