Channel settings
The visibility of a micro app is defined via channels, which can be selected at different levels.
Level 1: App
Level 2: Property / street
Level 3: Building / address
Level 4: Residential unit / offices / companies
Manual selection of channels
Select the channels individually for which the micro app should be visible.
Selection of channels with tags
After selecting the "Tags" tab, you can select the desired tags that contain the channels for which the micro app should be visible. You can select a tag at tag level or just select individual properties, buildings or residential units of a tag.
The changes are applied immediately and the micro app is only visible for the selected channels in the app.
Specific settings for some micro apps
With some micro apps, you can make further settings in addition to the general settings.
- Micro-App Service Center: The micro-app Service-Center allows you to further customize, create and manage the options for your Service center categories. You can also set whether tenants should enter a phone number when creating tickets in the app.
- Micro-App Info article: In the Info Articles micro-app you can create your own categories for the articles.
- Micro-App Pinboard: In the micro-app pinboard, you can additionally determine whether app users are allowed to create posts on the pinboard. If you uncheck the box, only property managers are allowed to publish posts. App users can comment on them unless this feature is disabled. You can also create and manage visibility areas. Visibility areas help the app user to determine who should see a post. For example, you can set that the user can select from the areas that the user can select in the app when posting.
