Many of your tenants appreciate using the tenant app that you offer. Others prefer to be informed via email at first, but register on your app later.
Now we make gapless communication and unified processes possible for you, regardless of registration rates!
Addressability versus registration
We redefine one of the most important metrics of your tenant app. In the future, you no longer need to care about registration rates. What's important is no longer how many tenants register on the tenant app, but rather that you can address all of your tenants without any gaps.
Important communications and tickets even without registration
As soon as e-mail addresses with the corresponding names have been stored in our system, the tenants are already considered addressable. This is independent of whether your tenants have registered or not.
Of course, many solutions remain usable for the tenant only after registration. This applies to all community functions, documents and information articles, or partner functions accessed via app.
But already today, the property management will be able to reach all addressable users with communications marked as important or a ticket.
How does communication work without registration?
For users who are not registered, but only addressable, all communication takes place via e-mail.
Tenant communication solutions (e.g. Pinboard)
The non-registered user receives a communication marked as important directly via e-mail.
Issue management (Service center)
An agent finds all users in his properties in the cockpit, regardless of whether they are registered or not. This way, tickets can also be created for non-registered users.
Communication here also runs via e-mail and responses are sent back directly to the cockpit.
Who is affected by this change?
All our customers benefit directly from this change. You do not have to do anything. All tenants who have been invited or imported via one of the following ways will be directly available to you as addressable in the cockpit in the future:
- Import via interface to ERP system
- Import in Cockpit
- Manual invitation via master data or tenant management in Cockpit
