With the Responsible Persons function, you have the option to enter the data of owners and building management below your service company. These can then be assigned in the core data at the property, building, or residential unit level.
Note: To use the function, you need the Company Admin permission and the corresponding company must be entered in your user profile.
Managing responsible persons
- Open Administration Companies.
- Select the relevant company under which you want to add or edit a responsible person.
- Click on the Managing your data tab. Then select Responsible Persons. Here you can add new responsible persons or edit existing ones.
Adding responsible persons
- Click on the "New responsible person" button.

Enter all relevant data for this person and then click Save. The newly added person will then be displayed in the overview.
Editing and deleting responsible persons
- Select the existing person from the overview to edit or delete them.

After editing the data, click Save to apply the changes or select the Delete button to remove the person.
Assigning responsible persons in the core data
The assignment of responsible persons is possible in the core data. These can be assigned at the property, building, or residential unit level. For this, you need the Master Data Admin permission.
You can view the data (but not change it) if you have the Residential User Agent permission.
- Open Cockpit Core data.
- In the core data, select the desired property or building.

Via a dropdown menu, you can select the data of the owners and/or building management under the "Responsible person" item.
Export data of responsible persons
Get an even more precise overview of the responsible persons within your properties. Export all existing data on owners and building management as a CSV file.
- Open Administration Companies.
- Select the relevant company.
- Click on the Managing your data menu item.
- Click on the "Export all data" button.
- After starting the export, a window will appear with a link to your Download Center, which you can also find under your profile settings.

Once the export is complete, the CSV file will be available there for download for up to 24 hours.
The CSV file contains the following data on owners and building management: Name, ID, email address, phone number, address information (street, house number, postal code, country) as well as the associated company ID.
