Functions at a glance
Automatic tenant invitations
- Newly imported residents are invited automatically.
- By default, the invitation is sent every 4 hours once the function is enabled.
- This setting can be enabled or disabled at any time.
Invitation language
- Defines the language in which automatic invitations are sent to imported residents.
- Available languages: German, French, English, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese.
Alias email feature
- This function automatically creates a system-generated email address for residents without a stored user address.
- The alias address makes it possible to manage these residents correctly in the system and to create tickets.
- Once an email address has been stored in the ERP system, the alias address is automatically replaced by it.

SSO invitation
You will find this setting in the "Team member invitation settings" area.
- Defines where the button in the team member invitation email leads.
- When enabled, invited team members go directly to your company's SSO login page instead of the password setup page. This means they do not have to set a separate Allthings password.
- When disabled, the button leads to the password setup page as usual (standard flow).
- This option can only be enabled if SSO (Single Sign-On) is set up for your company. It is managed by Allthings.
