Guide in Cockpit
The Assistant in the Cockpit provides a guide to familiarize you with the Cockpit interface and walk you through the profile settings. You can start the guide either via the Assistant in the Cockpit or, if you're already logged in, through this link.
Accessing profile settings
To open your profile settings, click on your profile picture or the arrow next to it in the top right corner of the Cockpit and select "Profile & Settings".
Adjusting settings
The settings allow you to configure your Cockpit experience for efficient use.
Notification settings
- Open your profile settings.
- Navigate to the "Notifications" section.
- You can select the following options:
- Receive a daily summary of all open tickets (an email will be sent daily between 05:00 and 05:45 UTC).
- Be notified via email about new, unassigned tickets.
- Be notified via email about booking and cancellation requests.
Setting absence
- Select the "Absence" section.
- Choose your absence period using the calendar.
- Appoint a representative in the text field below the calendar.
- Click "Save" to apply the settings.
Changing password
- Go to the "Password" section.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password twice.
- Click "Save password" to confirm the change.
Changing language
- Under the "Language" section, select your preferred language. Available options include German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, and Portuguese.
Display settings
- Navigate to the "Display settings" section.
- Enable or disable animations. Enabling animations provides smoother transitions, while disabling them offers faster, resource-efficient, and accessible navigation.
Logging out of the Cockpit
- Click on your profile picture or the arrow next to it.
- Select "Logout" to sign out.
