Introduction
The profile settings in the Allthings Cockpit allow you to make central personal configurations – from notifications and language to display or absence. Through these individual settings, you can make your user experience efficient, clear, and accessible.

In this article, you will learn how to access your profile settings, which options are available to you, and how to log out of the Cockpit.
Guide in Cockpit
Via the Assistant in the Cockpit, a guide is available to you that familiarizes you with the Cockpit interface and leads you through the profile settings. You can either start the guide via the Assistant in the Cockpit or, if you are already logged in to the Cockpit, via this link.
Access profile settings
To open your profile settings, click on your profile picture or the arrow next to it in the top right of the Cockpit and select "Profile & Settings".
Making settings
The settings allow you to individually configure and efficiently use your Cockpit.
Notification settings
- Open your profile settings.
- Open the "Notifications" section.
- You have the option to select the following options:
- I would like to receive a daily summary of all open tickets (You will receive an email with the summary daily between 05:00 and 05:45 UTC)
- I would like to be notified by email about new, unassigned tickets
- I would like to be notified by email about booking and cancellation requests.
Set absence
- Select the "Absence" section.
- In the calendar, select the period of your absence.
- In the text field below the calendar, name a substitute.
- Click on "Save" to apply the settings.
Change password
- Select the "Password" section.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password twice.
- Click on "Save password" to confirm the change.
Change language
- Under the "Language" section, select the desired language. By default, German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, and Portuguese are available to you.
Display settings
- Select the "Display settings" section.
- Deactivate / Activate animations. Activating animations provides smoother and more appealing transitions, while deactivating them allows for faster, more resource-friendly, and accessible operation.
Log out of the Cockpit
- Click on your profile picture or the arrow next to it.
- Select "Logout" to log out.
