This article provides an overview of all the tools offered by the Allthings Cockpit. Depending on your contract, a specific selection of tools will be available to you.
Thanks to its modular structure, you can adapt your platform to your needs. In addition to Allthings solutions, we also offer third-party solutions. If you are interested, contact your Allthings representative or learn more on the Allthings Marketplace.

Issue management
Request management allows tenants and Cockpit users to communicate directly. Requests or queries related to housing are handled here through a ticketing system.
Required permission(s): Service Center Agent / External Service Center Agent
Communication center
The communication center is used for quick exchanges. Here, you can announce repairs, events, etc. Tenants can also express themselves via the noticeboard.

Tenant management
User management allows you to invite and manage users.
Required permission(s): Residential User Agent
Documents
Here, you can upload and manage important documents for one or more tenants, such as rental contracts or dishwasher manuals.

Info articles
Information articles contain data and interesting information for the community, such as frequently asked questions or information on waste sorting.

Bookings
You can provide tenants with reservable rooms or other resources and manage requests, reservations, and cancellations.
Required permission(s): Bookable Asset Admin / Booking Agent
Master data
All address data, owner data, and rental periods are recorded here. Master data is usually uploaded initially or imported directly via an ERP interface. You can define and delete rental and ownership periods, as well as send invitations to new tenants.

Tenant companies
You can create new tenant companies as well as new employees.
Required permission(s): PM Tenant Company Admin
Insights
Allthings Insights gives you an overview of relevant statistics on the use of the app and Cockpit within your buildings. You have access to the complete historical data of your applications.
Required permission(s): Insights User (currently assigned only by Allthings)
Admin
You can configure app settings, access team management, assign roles, and manage service providers and users. Some settings can also be modified via Allthings Compass.
Platform settings
Required permission(s): App Admin (currently can only be assigned by Allthings)
Company
Required permission(s): Company Admin
Team management
Required permission(s): Team Admin / Employee Agent
Tags
Required permission(s): Tag Admin
