This article outlines the essential steps to get you started with Allthings when logging into the Allthings Cockpit for the first time.

Set up your profile
Upon your initial login to the Allthings Cockpit, please set up your profile by adding a profile picture, updating your password, changing the language, managing email notifications, or recording your absence.
Note for ERP interfaces: If an ERP interface is present, your data (name, email, phone number) must be adjusted in the connected ERP system. The data will then be transferred to the Allthings platform.
Invite team members via team management
After setting up your profile, you can invite team members to the Allthings Cockpit and assign permissions. You will need the "Team admin" permission for this.
Incorporate your corporate identity through platform settings
The Allthings platform allows you to customize the app to align with your corporate identity. Adjust the app name, logo, icon, background image, colors, and labels of micro-apps and themes.
Master data import
During the master data import for residential and commercial properties, you define which content and requests are assigned to specific units or offices.
This process is based on master data that should later be available in the Allthings Cockpit. Data can be integrated via an ERP interface, manual import, or manual creation/editing.
Alternatively, you can disable the use of master data in the platform settings. Once either the name or email address is stored in our system, the tenant is considered addressable and can be informed about important events via email, thanks to the "gapless tenant communication".
Familiarize yourself with Cockpit tools
Depending on your contract, different tools are available to you. The modular structure allows you to upgrade your platform as needed. If interested, contact your Allthings representative or explore the Allthings Marketplace.
Invite app users and manage rental and ownership periods
Whether the tenant registers or not is less critical since the introduction of "gapless tenant communication". After import or invitation, your tenants are displayed as addressable users in the Cockpit, allowing you to create a ticket or inform them via email about an important bulletin board post. The invitation process remains straightforward, enabling you to invite your tenants to the app easily.
