The Allthings app is for people who live or work in your area - people you may also meet in everyday life. A trusting exchange and respectful cooperation are the basis of this community.
Communication with the property management
To ensure that your property management always knows who they are corresponding with, it is necessary for you to provide your full name when registering. This has several advantages:
- Clarity and transparency: Inquiries that you send to property management (e.g. via the Service Point or Help Desk) are always sent under your real name. This enables targeted processing, as the recipient knows exactly who made the request.
- Efficient management: Your property management can process your requests faster and more effectively as your name is directly linked to your residential unit or contract.
Use of an ERP system by the property management
Many property management companies use an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in combination with the Allthings app to optimize their processes. It is essential that your data is correct and unique:
- Linking data: Your name is used in the ERP system to clearly assign requests, documents and interactions.
- Legal certainty: Documentation, such as requests or agreements, are archived in the system and must be legally correctly assigned to your name.
- Error prevention: Incorrect or incomplete information can lead to misunderstandings or delays in processing your requests.
When using an ERP interface, Allthings displays the data that is transferred to the system via import. If your data (e-mail, name, telephone number) changes, this change must initially be made in the ERP system of your administration. We will then receive this change.
E-mail changes in connection with ERP interfaces: If your administration adjusts your e-mail address in their ERP system, this data change must first be confirmed by you. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after the change has been made in your administration's ERP system. If you do not agree to the change, please contact your administration so that the data remains synchronized in both systems.
Using an alias for the community
If you do not want your first name and surname to be visible to other users in the app, you have the option of creating an alias. This alias will be displayed in all areas of the app where you interact with your neighborhood (e.g. wall posts or messages). This allows you to remain anonymous and still actively participate in the community.
