Invite employees of a tenant company

To invite employees of an existing tenant company to the app, you need the "Manage all employees" permission. If you have the permission, proceed as follows:

1. Open Tenant company management in the Cockpit.
2. Select the desired tenant company.
3. Go to the "Invited employees" menu item.
4. Click on "Invite employees".
5. Enter the name and email address of the person you want to invite. The phone number is optional.
6. If necessary, select the option to invite the person directly as a Commercial Tenant Admin.
7. Click on Invite to complete the process.

The invited person receives an email with a registration link.

You will then see all invited people directly in the overview. Select the three dots on the far right to remove the person as a Commercial Tenant Admin, resend the invitation, or delete the invitation. After a person has accepted the invitation, they are automatically assigned to the tenant company and appear in the "Registered employees" menu item.

Note: Re-inviting an email address that has already been invited but not yet registered creates an additional registration link for the same person. Check the list of invited employees first before repeating an invitation.

Create activation code

As an alternative to a personal invitation, you can create an activation code. Employees can register with the activation code and are automatically assigned to the tenant company. If you have activated the option "Create this activation code for the Commercial Tenant Admin permission", registered employees receive extended permissions. As soon as the employee has completed the registration with the activation code, you will see them under "Registered employees" and can manage their permissions or remove them there.

1. Open the corresponding tenant company.
2. Switch to the Settings menu item.
3. Click on "Create code".
4. Optional: Activate the option to create the activation code for the Commercial Tenant Admin permission, to give registered employees extended permissions.

Note: An activation code is valid indefinitely and can be used by several people at the same time to register, until you delete it manually.

Delete registered employees

If a person leaves the company or no longer needs access to the app:

1. Open the tenant company and go to the "Registered employees" menu item.
2. Click on the "three-dot symbol" on the far right of the row of the person concerned.
3. Select "Remove employee" and confirm the process.

The person is immediately removed and loses access to the app. The email address can be used again later, if necessary.
