Introduction
The integration between Allthings and Campos connects the user-centric Allthings platform with the leading CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) software Campos from ICFM AG. Campos acts as the central source for real estate, space, and asset data, while Allthings serves as the digital frontend for tenants and building users.
The integration reduces manual effort, avoids media breaks, and creates an end-to-end digital process between building usage, service organization, and facility management.
What data is synchronized?
The interface between Allthings and Campos covers two main areas of data synchronization:
- Core data & hierarchy: Properties → Buildings → Units
- Ownership and tenancy relationships: Active utilisation periods including start and end dates.
- Contact data of residents: Name, email address, and phone number of the people linked to the respective tenancy and ownership relationships.
- Ticketing flow: Tenants easily submit their requests in the Allthings request management system. The tickets are transmitted in a structured manner to the Campos Service Desk, where they are further processed and integrated into existing operational, service, and maintenance processes. Status and comment updates from Campos are automatically synchronized back to Allthings, ensuring transparency for the users.
How often is data synchronized?
Data synchronization takes place once a day. The data exchange is purely unidirectional, meaning data is exclusively transferred from the ERP system to Allthings.
Support and troubleshooting
In case of synchronization problems or questions about the setup, customers can contact the Allthings support team or the sales department. General information on common sources of error and how to check the interface function can be found in the articles "ERP | Support & operation" and "ERP | Technical implementation & setup".
