Introduction
The ERP integration for W&W Rimo and ImmoTop2 is currently still based on regular full data synchronization, which enables data transfer by exchanging CSV files. The transition to API-based data transfer is already planned. The goal of this interface is to transfer relevant core data from the ERP system to the Allthings platform.
What data is synchronized?
- Core data & hierarchy: Properties → Buildings → Units
- Ownership and tenancy relationships: Active utilisation periods including start and end dates.
- Contact data of residents: Name, email address, and phone number of the people linked to the respective tenancy and ownership relationships.
- Import of property management team members: Name, email address, and assigned properties.
The columns contained in the CSV format can vary slightly. The integration is a unidirectional connection. Data can be transferred from ImmoTop2 or Rimo R5 to Allthings, but not vice versa.
How often is data synchronized?
Data synchronization takes place once a day. The data exchange is purely unidirectional, meaning data is exclusively transferred from the ERP system to Allthings.
Important notes and specific features
The interface does not use unique external IDs for utilisation periods. Instead, they are identified based on the respective unit and the start date. This can lead to data inconsistencies in some cases, especially when tenancies are deleted or start dates are subsequently updated.
Support and troubleshooting
In case of synchronization problems, customers can contact the Allthings support team. General information on common sources of error and how to check the interface function can be found in the articles "ERP | Support & operation" and "ERP | Technical implementation & setup".
