Introduction
The ERP integration for PROPbase enables the automated exchange of structured property and personal data between the PROPbase platform (via the ObjectStack API) and Allthings. The goal of this modern, API-based interface is to map the complete property hierarchy as well as the current tenancies reliably and consistently in Allthings.
What data is synchronized?
The integration represents a unidirectional connection: the data is imported from PROPbase to Allthings. All mandatory Allthings core data fields are covered. The interface synchronizes the following data along the entire property hierarchy:
- Core data & hierarchy: Properties → Buildings → Units
- Ownership and tenancy relationships: Active utilisation periods including start and end dates.
- Contact data of residents: Name, email address, and phone number of the people linked to the respective tenancy and ownership relationships.
Future extensions
Currently, the data of the ownership, property management, and facility management contacts are maintained manually in Allthings. However, the API structure of PROPbase is designed so that these contact groups can also be connected automatically in the future.
How often is data synchronized?
Data synchronization takes place once a day. The data exchange is purely unidirectional, meaning data is exclusively transferred from the ERP system to Allthings.
Support and troubleshooting
In case of synchronization problems, customers can contact the Allthings support team. General information on common sources of error and how to check the interface function can be found in the articles "ERP | Support & operation" and "ERP | Technical implementation & setup".
