- Case 1: The person has an invitation email or their registration code at hand
- Case 2: The person does not have an invitation email or registration code at hand
- Case 3: Remind multiple residents to register
- Case 4: Supporting residents with registration on-site and without Cockpit access
Despite the simple registration process, it can happen that a person needs support with registration. Below are the best solutions for different situations.
Case 1: The person has an invitation email or their registration code at hand
In this case, the person can go through the usual registration process. You can read exactly how this works here.
Case 2: The person does not have an invitation email or registration code at hand
In this case, you can invite the person to the app again.
Via invitation email with integrated registration code
- To do this, in the Cockpit Tool, select the corresponding unit in Master Data.
- If one or more invitations have already been sent from the selected unit to a person, but not yet accepted by them, you can recognize this by an addition noted below the email address used.
- In this case, the invitation must be deleted by clicking on the trash can to the right of the name and resent. The person will then receive an invitation by email and can go through the usual registration process.
Invite via registration code
- To do this, again select the corresponding unit in the Cockpit Tool Master Data.
- Afterwards, the permanent registration code must be communicated to the person. With this code, the person can go through the usual registration process.
Alternatively, you can also find the registration code in the Resident management. You can find more information about this here.
Case 3: Remind multiple residents to register
- In Resident management, under "All residents", you can see which residents have already been invited but have not yet registered. By filtering by "Invited" and clicking on "Send reminder", you can send these residents an invitation reminder.
Case 4: Supporting residents with registration on-site and without Cockpit access
For local hosts, concierges, or app promoters to be able to help residents register for the app via a registration code, they need – if they do not have Cockpit access – a list with the following information:
- Property with address and apartment
- Name of the resident
- Registration status
- Registration code
Instead of the registration status, for campaigns intended to increase the registration rate, you can reduce the list to the residents who have not yet registered.
