Introduction
Resident management is the central place where you can find all information about your residents and efficiently manage them. Resident management offers a central overview of all invitations, rental relationships, and ownership relationships. Furthermore, you can invite imported residents to the app and edit their usage periods.
The management of rental periods and residents also works via "Master data", however, resident management offers you a better overview and some additional functions.
To invite employees of a renting company, you can also use the "Commercial management" function.

A guide is available to you via the Assistant in the Cockpit, which familiarizes you with resident management and guides you through the various functions. You can start the guide either via the Assistant in the Cockpit or, if you are already logged into the Cockpit, via this link.

Required permissions
To access resident management, you need the "Residential User Agent" permission. To use all functions of resident management, we recommend the "Master Data Admin" and "Service-Center Agent" permissions in addition to the "Residential User Agent".
Resident management functions
Resident management offers the following central functions:
- Overview: View information on all imported residents, as well as non-addressable persons (registration status, contact details, registration date, current rental periods or activation codes, associated tickets, resident ID).
- Search: Search for specific residents using filters (property, address, and registration status).
- Invite and Remind: Invite or remind imported residents to the app with one click.
- Withdraw Sent Invitations
- Assign rental periods
- Ticket History: All tickets in issue management for individual residents clearly displayed.
- Create Ticket: Create new tickets directly for a specific resident.
- View and Export Activation Codes
