Introduction
Info articles are informative posts within the Allthings App that serve to answer frequently asked questions from tenants and provide them with useful information. By providing info articles, you can reduce the workload of processing tenant inquiries and at the same time offer added value to the tenants.
To create and manage info articles in the Cockpit, navigate to the Info articles menu item. There you can write new articles, edit existing ones or delete them. It is important to categorize the articles appropriately to ensure clarity for the tenants.

An interactive guide is available in the Cockpit via the Assistant, which familiarizes you with issue management and guides you through the various functions. You can either start the guide via the Assistant in the Cockpit or, if you are already logged in, via this link.

Required permissions
To create and manage info articles, you need the "Articles Agent" permission. With this permission, you can create, edit, publish, and hide or delete articles for all channels for which you have permission. Articles for which no permissions exist but which have been published for the entire app can at least be viewed. With the "View articles" permission, you can view info articles but not edit them. Info article functions
The info article function offers you the following options:
- Creation of articles: Write informative posts on frequently asked questions or important topics for your tenants.
- Categorization: Organize your articles into suitable categories to increase clarity.
- Editing and deletion: Update or delete articles as needed to ensure the relevance and timeliness of the information.
These functions allow you to provide relevant information to tenants while reducing your own administrative effort.

Example of an info article
A typical example of an info article could be instructions on waste separation. In this article, you explain to the tenants what types of waste there are, how they should be separated correctly, and when the respective collection times are. Through such information, you promote environmentally conscious behavior and at the same time reduce possible inquiries from tenants.
You can also save other topics, such as excursion and event tips, restaurants, first aid, etc., as an info article. You know best what questions are asked frequently. Simply write an info article about it, refer directly to it by sending the tenant a link to the corresponding article, and thus reduce your administrative effort.
By effectively using the info article function in the Allthings Cockpit, you can optimize the information flow and offer tenants a valuable service.
