Relevant device data is transmitted directly to Electrolux, and the status is automatically updated in the Allthings system. Dropdown menus and smart tickets that guide users step by step through the creation process help minimize incorrect entries. Communication efforts are minimal, enabling quick and efficient repairs.

Report defective Electrolux devices to the Electrolux “All-round carefree” service via the Allthings app.
How do I report a device defect to Electrolux?
- Log in to your Allthings app.
- Open a ticket in your Service desk.
- Select the “Electrolux” category.
- Complete the form and enter all the necessary device data.
- The data entered will then be sent to Electrolux and your warranty case will be processed directly.
When will my ticket be closed?
Your ticket will close automatically 14 days after creation or after the status has been changed to “closed” by Electrolux.
