What is Batmaid?
Batmaid is a professional cleaning service through which residents can conveniently book cleaning services such as apartment cleanings, move-out cleanings or regular household cleanings.
How does it work?
The integration is based on a link feature (default name "batmaid Concierge") that redirects to the Batmaid website.
There, residents can choose from various cleaning services and book directly online. Features include:
- Booking of one-time or recurring cleanings
- Selection of additional services (e.g. window cleaning, ironing service)
- Transparent pricing and online payment
- Customer support provided through the Batmaid platform
The feature serves as direct access to the booking page – the Allthings app is merely the entry point.
Information for residents
Access and usage
- Batmaid's cleaning services are available as a feature in your Allthings app (by default "batmaid Concierge"; your property management may have renamed it).
- When you open the feature, you are redirected directly to the Batmaid website.
- There, you select your preferred service, date and any additional options.
Frequently asked questions
I can't open the booking page – what should I do?
→ Check your internet connection or try using a different browser.
Do I need to register with Batmaid?
→ Yes, an account with Batmaid is required to book.
Who is my contractual partner?
→ The cleaning service is provided directly by Batmaid. Allthings only provides access via the app.
Information for property management
Setup and activation
- The Batmaid solution is integrated as a link feature. Allthings takes care of the setup.
- The feature links to the Batmaid website (batmaid.ch).
- Visibility and audience targeting can be managed via channels or tags, e.g. limited to specific properties or buildings.
Management and administration
- No direct technical integration or data connection is required.
- The name, color, icon and display order of the feature can be adjusted at any time in the Cockpit.
- Questions regarding the service or its processing should be directed exclusively to Batmaid.
Introduction to residents
- Inform your residents about the cleaning service – preferably via the pinboard or by message.
- Highlight the advantages: easy booking, professional cleaning, reliable support.
