Blockstrom offers a digital solution for visualizing electricity consumption data in self-consumption associations (ZEV).
The consumption data is displayed directly in the Allthings app, without residents having to leave the app.
How it works
- The Blockstrom feature is displayed directly in the Allthings app.
- All content and functions are provided by Blockstrom – Allthings only embeds and displays the content.
Key features:
- Display of electricity consumption for individual residential units
- Visualization of historical consumption data
- Transparent overview as a basis for fair ZEV billing
The display is responsive and presented within a secure, embedded environment.
Information for residents
Access and usage
- Blockstrom is available in your Allthings app as a separate feature.
- When opening it, you will see the Blockstrom interface directly within the app.
- You can view the electricity consumption data for your residential unit – clearly and easily understandable.
Information for property management
Setup and activation
- The Blockstrom feature is set up by the Allthings team.
- The link to the Blockstrom display is provided by Blockstrom.
- Visibility can be restricted to specific properties, buildings, or residential units using channels or tags.
Management and administration
- Content is managed exclusively by Blockstrom – changes to the data, evaluations, or interface are not possible via Allthings.
- Property management can control the visibility and availability of the feature via the Cockpit.
Introduction to residents
- Inform residents about the new energy overview in the app – for example, via the pinboard.
- Highlight the benefits: transparency, understanding self-consumption, cost control.
- Provide support for initial use or interpreting the data display if needed.
