Introduction
anny.co is a professional booking platform for shared spaces, parking, and services. The integration with Allthings allows residents to reserve bookable resources directly from the Resident Portal – with automatic sign-in via their existing Allthings account.
The integration supports all common booking scenarios: communal rooms, guest rooms, parking spaces, e-bike storage, and other shared resources. Compared to the built-in Allthings booking feature, anny.co offers extended capabilities for pricing, payment processing, and administration.
How it works
The integration consists of two components that are set up together:
- Anny Booking Details – a native micro-app in the Resident Portal that displays a resident's active and past bookings directly within Allthings. From there, residents can navigate to anny.co with a single tap to manage existing bookings or make new ones.
- Booking area on anny.co – the booking platform itself, where residents select available resources, choose time slots, and complete payments. Access is via Single Sign-on (SSO) using the Allthings account — no separate credentials required.
All booking data is synchronized between anny.co and Allthings and assigned to the respective resident. For properties with a connected access control system (e.g. EVVA AirKey or Glutz), an additional integration automatically generates a digital access code for the booked period.

Information for residents
Access and usage
- Sign in to the Resident Portal.
- Open the Anny Booking Details micro-app from the main menu.
- To make a new booking, tap Manage booking – you will be automatically redirected to anny.co via SSO, where you can browse available resources and complete a reservation.
- Once booked, your reservation will appear directly in the Anny Booking Details overview.
Viewing and managing bookings
- Your active and past bookings are always accessible under Anny Booking Details in the Resident Portal.
- Tap Manage booking to go directly to anny.co and modify, cancel, or view details of a booking.
- Booking status updates (confirmed, requested, cancelled, rejected) are displayed directly in the app.
- If your property uses a digital access control system, you will automatically receive an SMS with a digital access code after your booking is confirmed. Please activate it within 48 hours of receipt using the link provided.
Information for property management
Setup and activation
The integration is set up by the Allthings Solution team. The following prerequisites must be in place:
- An active Allthings Resident Portal is required.
- An anny.co account (Enterprise subscription) must exist for the relevant management unit.
- All bookable resources (rooms, parking spaces, services) must be configured in the anny.co admin panel beforehand.
- In the Allthings Cockpit, the Anny Booking Details connector is set up and linked to the relevant anny.co organisation.
- Visibility of the micro-app can be restricted to specific buildings, properties, or resident groups using channels and tags.
Management and control
- Bookings, pricing models, and resource availability are managed entirely in the anny.co admin panel — not in the Allthings Cockpit.
- The micro-app name, colour, and icon are configurable in the connector and adapt to the display in the Resident Portal.
- Booking data is stored in Allthings and linked to the respective resident.
- For properties with an access control system (EVVA AirKey, Glutz eAccess), an additional connector is required that automatically generates digital access codes upon confirmed bookings.
Introducing residents to the feature
- Inform residents about the new booking option via a pinboard post in the Resident Portal.
- Explain the flow: open Anny Booking Details → tap Manage booking → get redirected to anny.co → select a resource and book.
- Emphasise that no separate login is needed — residents sign in automatically using their Allthings account.
- For properties with an access control system: communicate the SMS-based digital key and the 48-hour activation window.
