Bubble Box is a professional cleaning and laundry service with pickup and delivery directly at your doorstep.
Through the Allthings app, residents can easily access the service and schedule textile cleaning – quickly, contactlessly and reliably.
How it works
The integration is done via a link feature that redirects directly to the Bubble Box website.
There, residents can:
- schedule cleaning for clothing and household laundry
- select pickup and delivery times
- choose from various cleaning types (e.g. shirts, suits, curtains)
- pay conveniently online
Pickup and return take place at the apartment door or at a designated handover point in the property.

Access and usage
- You access Bubble Box via the Bubble Box feature in the Allthings app.
- After a one-time registration, you can submit items for cleaning and choose delivery options.
- All communication regarding status, delivery and payment is handled directly through Bubble Box.

Do I need to register with Bubble Box?
→ Yes, a customer account with Bubble Box is required to use the service.
How does the pickup work?
→ Clothing is collected at the chosen time at your door or the agreed location.
How do I pay?
→ Payment is securely processed online via the Bubble Box platform.
Information for property management
Setup and activation
- The solution is integrated as a link feature in the Allthings Cockpit. Allthings takes care of the setup.
- The feature links to the Bubble Box website.
- Visibility can be restricted to specific buildings or properties using tags or channels.
Management and administration
- Beyond setting up the feature, no technical integration is required – the platform is fully managed by Bubble Box.
- The property management is not responsible for any organizational tasks related to pickup, billing or customer service.
- The name, color, icon and display order of the feature as well as the target group can be adjusted in the Cockpit at any time.
Introduction to residents
- Inform residents about the new service via a pinboard post or a message.
- Highlight the advantages: pickup & return directly at the apartment, digital process, professional textile care.
- Optionally include a direct link to the feature or registration page.
