Introduction
Eeproperty Volta is an automated system for electric vehicle charging stations in multi-tenant buildings.
With this solution, residents can check the availability of charging stations via their user account, manage their own charging schedules, and handle payments independently. Property managers gain an overview of payments, usage, and the status of the charging stations.
Information for residents
Book charging stations and pay easily at Eeproperty Volta via the Allthings tenant app.
How do I access Volta via the Allthings app?
- Log in to your Allthings app.
- Select the Volta tab.
- Click on the redirect link to go to the login screen.
- Create an account or enter your building code + personal code.
- The Volta portal will then open.
How can I top up my Volta credit?
- After successfully logging in to Eeproperty Volta, select the "top up" tab.

Select the amount you would like to top up your credit with and follow the further instructions.
Where can I find available charging stations and book them?
- After successfully logging in to Eeproperty Volta, select the "charging stations" tab.
- You will now be shown an overview of the available charging stations.
Where can I customize my notification settings?
- After successfully logging in to Eeproperty Volta, select the white cogwheel icon.
- Then manage your notification settings.
