Introduction
Eeproperty Vesta is an intelligent billing and management system for shared laundry rooms.
Residents can book washing machine time slots online, view real-time availability of machines, and receive notifications when their program ends. Thanks to user-friendly touchscreen terminals and an online platform with personal logins, there is no need for a card, badge, or cash.
Information for residents
With Eeproperty Vesta, you can use the Allthings app to book washing machines, pay for their use, and receive SMS or email notifications about the status of your laundry cycle.
How do I access Vesta via the Allthings app?
- Log in to your Allthings app.
- Select the vesta® feature.
- The Vesta portal opens directly in the app. The first time you open it, you are signed in to Eeproperty via your Allthings account.
- If prompted, create an account or enter your building code and personal code.
- You can then use the Vesta portal.
How can I top up my Vesta credit?
- Once you have successfully logged in to Eeproperty Vesta, select the symbol with the three white lines and the "top-up" tab.
- Select the amount you would like to top up your credit with and follow the further instructions.
How can I check the availability of washing machines?
- After successfully logging in to Eeproperty Vesta, select the symbol with the three white lines and the "machines" tab.
- You will now be shown an overview of the available washing machines.
How do I reserve a free time slot?
- Once you have successfully logged in to Eeproperty Vesta, select the symbol with the three white lines and the "laundry planning" tab.
- You will now be shown a calendar with free time slots.
- Select a free time slot and reserve it by clicking "confirm".
Where can I adjust my notification settings?
- After successfully logging in to Eeproperty Vesta, select the white cogwheel icon.
- Then manage your notification settings.
Information for property management
The feature is set up by the Allthings team. When residents open the feature, they are signed in to Eeproperty via their Allthings account.
