Introduction
Dormakaba Exivo and Resivo offer a modern, digital solution for managing access in buildings – whether for building entrances, common rooms, or temporary access. Exivo Booking Access is a key management system that can be linked to the "Bookings" function.
Functionality
The solution is available for bookings in Allthings and utilizes both the standard data structure and the role and authorization logic of Allthings.

Booking and Generation of the Access Link
After a booking has been made and confirmed by the management, an access link is generated, allowing the tenant to enter the bookable object during the booked period. Important: For a booking to be triggered successfully, the phone number must be entered with a + and the following country code (e.g., +41). - Sending the Access Link: The access link will be sent via SMS to the tenant for whom the booking was made.
- Smartphone as the Key: Download the "Mobile Access" app from Dormakaba onto your smartphone and open the access link you received via SMS. You will then be redirected to Dormakaba Mobile Access and can open the doors during the booked period.
Dormakaba Exivo | Access via PIN Code
- Booking and Generation of the PIN Code: After a booking has been made and confirmed by the management, a PIN code is generated, allowing the tenant to enter the bookable object during the booked period. Important: For a booking to be triggered successfully, the phone number must be entered with a + and followed by the respective country code (e.g., +41).

PIN Code: The PIN code is displayed within the Allthings app under My Bookings for the completed booking.
Additionally, if a digital lock with a scan function is installed, you will receive an SMS with a link and the code for the door. Open the link and you will be redirected to a website where you can enter the received code to unlock the digital lock. - PIN Code as the Key: By entering the PIN code on the corresponding PIN pad of the bookable object, the doors can be opened during the booked period.

- The solution is set up by our team in the cockpit.
Management and control
- The technical administration of the door systems is carried out via the Dormakaba platform (Exivo or Resivo).
- The solution serves as a convenient entry point for both management and tenants.
Introduction to tenants
- Communicate the new access solution via the pinboard or postings in the property.
- Explain the advantages: secure, keyless door opening, access can be adjusted at any time, management via the app.
- If necessary, provide a short step-by-step guide for usage.
