Introduction
Parkon provides a digital solution for managing and monitoring visitor parking spaces. With the Parkon Besucherapp feature, residents can easily and quickly register their visitors, so that the use of visitor parking is clearly regulated and traceable at any time – without paperwork and hassle-free.
How it works
The feature opens the Parkon visitor registration that is stored for the logged-in person's unit. There, residents can register visitors with just a few details and grant them a time-limited parking permission.

Access and usage
- Log in to the Allthings app.
- Select the Parkon Besucherapp feature.
- You are automatically redirected to the Parkon website, where you can reserve a parking space for your visitor. If the page does not open automatically, tap the link shown.
Frequently asked questions
How does the parking control work?
→ Control personnel check digitally whether the vehicle is registered for the specified time period. No visible parking permit is needed.
The feature says that no link is available for my unit – what now?
→ No Parkon access has been set up for your unit yet. Please contact your property management.
Information for property management
Setup and activation
- The solution is set up as a feature in the Allthings Cockpit. Allthings takes care of the setup.
- The link to the Parkon visitor registration is stored per unit. Residents each see the link for their own unit.
- If no link is stored for a unit, the residents of that unit see a corresponding notice instead of the redirect.
- The name, color, icon and display order of the feature can be customized.
- Visibility can be managed via channels or tags for specific buildings or projects.
Management and control
- Parking data and control processes are managed via Parkon.
- Allthings serves solely as an access point – the visitor registration itself is not processed in Allthings.
Introduction to residents
- Announce the new visitor parking feature via a pinboard post or message.
- Highlight the benefits: easy registration, digital control, no need for printed permits or tickets.
- Provide a direct link to the feature or display a QR code in the entrance area if needed.
