Introduction
Trafiko operates multifunctional mobility stations with Trafikpoint that combine various sharing offers such as e-bikes, carsharing, or cargo bikes in one place. Via the Trafikpoint feature in the Allthings app, residents go directly to the Trafikpoint app to book available mobility offers there – digitally, sustainably, and close to home.
Functionality
Trafiko provides mobility stations for entire neighborhoods. These mobility stations contain vehicles that can be booked, opened, and paid for conveniently and easily via the Trafikpoint app. The feature opens the Trafikpoint start page, which checks whether the native Trafikpoint app is installed on the device:
- If the app is already installed, it is opened directly.
- If the app is not available, the appropriate app store is opened (Google Play or Apple App Store).
Functions in the Trafikpoint app:
- Overview of available mobility offers at the station
- Booking of e-bikes, cargo bikes, carsharing vehicles, and much more
- Management of reservations, rides, and profile
- Access to environmentally friendly mobility around the property

Access and use
- Log in to the Allthings app.
- Select the Trafikpoint feature.
- Install the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store if it is not yet installed.
- Now you can see and book vehicles near you.

- The management of the mobility stations and bookings is done entirely via Trafiko.
- Property management is not involved in the operational handling, but can provide support by making the feature available.
- Changes to visibility can be implemented flexibly in the Cockpit.
