Introduction
washMaster by Schulthess enables the digital management and booking of shared washing machines and dryers.
Through the Allthings app, residents receive information about washMaster and access to the washMaster app, where they can reserve, start and pay for laundry machines – conveniently and contactlessly.
How it works
The integration is implemented via an iFrame feature: when you open the washMaster feature, the Schulthess information page about washMaster is displayed directly in the Allthings app. The booking itself then takes place in the washMaster app, which you install from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
In the washMaster app, residents can log in with their Allthings account ("Allthings Login" button). An info article with a PDF guide is also available in the Allthings app to make getting started easier.

Information for residents
Access and usage
- Log in to the Allthings app.
- Select the washMaster feature.
- There you will find the Schulthess information about washMaster. Install the washMaster app on your smartphone if you have not already done so.
- In the washMaster app, tap "Allthings Login" to sign in with your existing account. You can then book and pay for washing machines directly via the app.

Information for property management
Setup and activation
- The solution is integrated as an iFrame feature. Allthings takes care of the setup.
- An information page about washMaster provided by Schulthess is displayed.
- The name, color, icon and display order of the feature can be customized in the Cockpit.
- An info article with a PDF guide can also be displayed in the app.
- Visibility can be managed via channels or tags.
Management and control
- Booking, operation and billing are handled entirely within the washMaster app.
- This reduces the workload for the property management – no key or laundry schedule management required.
- Schulthess support can be contacted if needed.
Introduction to residents
- Promote the new solution via the pinboard or a notice in the laundry room.
- Highlight the benefits: access via Allthings, digital booking, no more waiting lines.
- Link to the guide or provide a QR code for the app.
