Introduction
With Miele appWash, residents can reserve, pay for and start washing machines and dryers digitally – conveniently via smartphone.
The integration into the Allthings app is done via a link feature that leads directly to appWash.
How it works
appWash offers a digital solution for shared laundry rooms. The Allthings app serves as the entry point and links to appWash. There, residents can:
- view available machines
- reserve time slots
- start and pay for machines
- receive push notifications about their laundry cycle
Usage is convenient, transparent and fully digital – with a focus on ease of use and automation.

Access and usage
- appWash is available as the Appwash feature in your Allthings app (your property management may have renamed it).
- When you open the feature, you are redirected directly to appWash.
- There, you can register, book a machine, start the laundry cycle and pay – all from your smartphone.

I don't see any machines – what could be the reason?
→ Your property might not be connected to appWash (yet). Please contact your property management.
Is registration required?
→ Yes, an account with appWash is required to use appWash.

Information for property management
Setup and activation
- The integration is done via a link feature. Allthings takes care of the setup.
- The name, color, icon and display order of the feature can be customized in the Cockpit.
- The feature can be assigned specifically to properties, buildings or units via tags or channels.
Management and control
- No direct technical integration with Allthings is required.
- The control of laundry devices and the entire booking and payment process are handled via the appWash platform.
- As property management, you benefit from a digital, low-maintenance system with real-time visibility.

- Actively inform residents about the new digital laundry solution, e.g. via a pinboard post or a notice in the laundry room.
- Highlight the benefits: booking, payment and notifications directly via smartphone.
- Share a direct link to the feature or registration page if needed.
