Evva AirKey is a key management system that can be connected to Booking.

Access via EVVA AirKey

1. Booking and generation of the digital key
   After a booking is made and confirmed by management, a digital key is generated. This key allows the tenant to access the bookable object and corresponding doors during the booked period.          Important: For a booking to be successfully processed, a phone number must be provided (either of the tenant or another person), starting with a + followed by the country code (e.g., +41).

2. Sending the digital key
   After the booking is confirmed, an access link is sent via SMS to the specified phone number. 

3. Smartphone as a key (EVVA AirKey)
   • Install the EVVA AirKey app on your smartphone.
   • Open the access link you received via SMS.                                                                                       
   • The digital key will be stored in the EVVA AirKey app.                                           

→ The digital key enables access to the booked object and corresponding doors during the booked period.
