Introduction

The parcel box systems from Kehrer Stebler AG enable secure, flexible, and contactless parcel reception directly in the building – for all common parcel services. Through the fully integrated Micro-App in the Allthings platform, both residents and property management have seamless access to the control of the parcel boxes – conveniently and directly via the Allthings App.

Functionality

Allthings transmits the user data, including name and email address, to Stebler. Stebler uses this information to display the residents' names on the parcel box, to notify them via email, and to enable them to access the parcel box with a PIN defined in the system.

Access and use

  1. Log in to the Allthings App.
  2. Select the Stebler Micro-App

  

  3. You can adjust the following settings:

  •  
    • The displayed name on the parcel box.
    • The code for opening the parcel box. You can use this code for all parcels addressed to you. This allows you to remove several parcels at once.

  

Additional notification via email

For every parcel delivery, you also receive a notification via email (see example email below).

Here you will be provided with another code that allows you to collect this specific parcel. Other parcels delivered to you cannot be collected with this code. It is therefore also suitable for collections by external service providers.

Do I have to register?
→ No, your permission is based on your apartment assignment in Allthings and is automatically recognized.

I can't open the compartment – what should I do?
→ Please contact your property management or directly the support of Stebler.

Information for property management

Setup and activation

• The Kehrer Stebler solution is set up as an integrated Micro-App in the Allthings Cockpit.
• The link to the Allthings data structure enables an automatic assignment of the units.
• The setup is done in collaboration with the team from Kehrer Stebler AG.

Management and control

• The technical control and maintenance of the parcel box system are carried out by Kehrer Stebler.

Introduction to residents

• Actively communicate the new parcel solution – for example, via the pinboard or welcome documents.
• Point out benefits such as 24/7 access, contactless handover, and easy operation via app.
• If desired, add a quick guide or a link to the Micro-App in the post.
