Introduction
KONE's digital displays replace traditional notices in buildings and complement digital building displays with modern information displays – directly in the elevator. Through integration with the Allthings Platform, current content such as announcements, status messages, or pinboard posts can be automatically displayed on KONE screens.
This ensures effective communication with residents – right where they are daily.
How it works
The content of KONE displays is centrally controlled via the Allthings Platform.
Thanks to the direct connection to the Allthings Cockpit, information such as announcements from the communication center can be specifically published on KONE displays.

Using digital displays in the elevator
The digital KONE displays are clearly visible in the elevators of your property.
They show relevant information such as announcements, appointments, disruptions, or other notices that are regularly updated. No action is required on your part.

Where does the displayed content come from?

Can I publish content myself?
→ No, this is done exclusively by the responsible property management.

Information for property management
Setup and activation
For displaying content in KONE elevators, the following requirements must be met:
- The digital screen function must be activated and set up
- The KONE displays must be installed on-site and connected to the network
- Connection to Allthings is made via a pre-configured interface
- Content can be managed and updated remotely
Publishing pinboard posts on KONE screens
When creating a new post in the Communication Center (Allthings Cockpit), you can specify whether it should also be displayed on the KONE displays in the elevators.
Here's how to proceed:
- Open the Allthings Cockpit
- Go to the Communication Center
- Create a new pinboard post
- Activate the option "Display on screen"
- Select the display period
- Assign a title for the post
→ After saving, the post will be automatically transmitted and displayed on the linked KONE displays.
