Introduction
Mobility.ch aims to provide our community with sustainable mobility – as an ecological and economical alternative to private cars.
How it works
Just a few steps to more individual freedom and unlimited driving pleasure:
- Select product and register.
- Make a reservation directly via the Mobility app or webbrowser.
- Open the car via Bluetooth, Mobility card, or SwissPass and drive off.
- Return the car to the same location and close it via Bluetooth, Mobility card, or SwissPass.

Access and usage
- Log in to the Allthings App.
- Select the mobility.ch micro-app.
- You will then be redirected to the website, where your location has been pre-selected so you can immediately see what mobility options are available.

Information for property management
Setup and activation
- The integration is done via a Universal Link micro-app, which is stored in the Allthings Cockpit.
- The link opens your personal Mobility website.
- Visibility can be specifically controlled via tags or channels for certain buildings or projects.
Administration and control
- The management of mobility stations and bookings is handled entirely via mobility.ch.
- Property management is not involved in the operational processing but can support by providing the micro-app.
- Changes to visibility can be flexibly implemented in the Cockpit.
Introduction to residents
- Actively communicate the new mobility solution via the bulletin board or a message.
- Highlight the benefits: sustainable transportation, everything in one app, directly available at the building.
