Introduction

mobility.ch offers our community sustainable mobility as an ecological and economical alternative to private cars.

How it works

Just a few steps to more individual freedom and unlimited driving pleasure:

1. Select a product and register.
2. Make a reservation directly via the Mobility app or in your web browser.
3. Open the car via Bluetooth, Mobility card or SwissPass and drive off.
4. Return the car to the same location and lock it via Bluetooth, Mobility card or SwissPass.

Information for residents

Access and usage

1. Log in to the Allthings App.
2. Select the mobility.ch feature.
3. You are then automatically redirected to the mobility.ch website, where your location is pre-selected so you can immediately see which mobility options are available. If the redirect does not work, a link is displayed that you can use to open the page manually.

Information for property management

Setup and activation

• The feature is set up by the Allthings team and takes residents to the appropriate mobility.ch page (e.g. with the nearest location).
• If no mobility.ch page has been assigned to a unit yet, residents of that unit see a corresponding notice instead of the redirect.
• Visibility can be specifically controlled via tags or channels for certain buildings or projects.

Administration and control

• The management of mobility stations and bookings is handled entirely via mobility.ch.
• Property management is not involved in the operational processing but can support by providing the feature.
• Changes to visibility can be flexibly implemented in the Cockpit.

Introduction to residents

• Actively communicate the new mobility solution via the pinboard or a message.
• Highlight the benefits: sustainable transportation, everything in one app, directly available at the building.
