Introduction

Mobility.ch aims to provide our community with sustainable mobility – as an ecological and economical alternative to private cars.

How it works

Just a few steps to more individual freedom and unlimited driving pleasure:

1. Select product and register.
2. Make a reservation directly via the Mobility app or webbrowser.
3. Open the car via Bluetooth, Mobility card, or SwissPass and drive off.
4. Return the car to the same location and close it via Bluetooth, Mobility card, or SwissPass.

Access and usage

1. Log in to the Allthings App.
2. Select the mobility.ch micro-app.
3. You will then be redirected to the website, where your location has been pre-selected so you can immediately see what mobility options are available.

Information for property management

Setup and activation

• The integration is done via a Universal Link micro-app, which is stored in the Allthings Cockpit.
• The link opens your personal Mobility website.
• Visibility can be specifically controlled via tags or channels for certain buildings or projects.

Administration and control

• The management of mobility stations and bookings is handled entirely via mobility.ch.
• Property management is not involved in the operational processing but can support by providing the micro-app.
• Changes to visibility can be flexibly implemented in the Cockpit.

Introduction to residents

• Actively communicate the new mobility solution via the bulletin board or a message.
• Highlight the benefits: sustainable transportation, everything in one app, directly available at the building.
