Use for residents
Residents can use the parcel box via the Allthings app to receive and collect parcels. You can update your PIN code in the app at any time to ensure secure parcel collection.

- You can change your personal PIN code in the Allthings app. If you have not changed the code before using the service for the first time, you will be prompted to do so on the box for security reasons.

Setup and activation
- Registration in the Allthings app: Before residents can use the box, they must register successfully in the Allthings app.
- PIN: To use the box, residents must define their desired PIN in the app.
Administration and control
The parcel box is installed and maintained by Ernst Schweizer AG or its partners.
