Samsung's MagicInfo is a content management system for digital info screens (digital signage). Through the integration with the Allthings platform, pinboard posts can be automatically displayed on the screens connected to MagicInfo in your property.
This ensures effective communication with residents – right where the screens are located.
How it works
As soon as a pinboard post is published in the Communication Center and activated for screen display, Allthings automatically transmits the post to the assigned MagicInfo screens. Edits or deletion of the post are also updated automatically.
Functions at a glance:
- Automatic transmission of published pinboard posts to the connected screens
- Display during the period defined in the post
- Automatic update when the post is edited, unpublished, or deleted
- Control of visibility per building via the assigned screen groups
Information for residents
Using the digital screens

They show selected pinboard posts published by the property management via Allthings.

Recommendations after setup and activation
Introduction to residents
Inform your residents via pinboard post or notice about the new digital information display.
Highlight the following benefits:
- All relevant information visible in one place
- No paper, no forgotten notices
- Automatic and regular updates
Displaying pinboard posts on screens
When creating a new post in the Communication Center (Allthings Cockpit), you can specify whether it should also be displayed on the assigned MagicInfo screens.
Here's how to proceed:
- Open the Allthings Cockpit
- Go to the Communication Center
- Create a new pinboard post
- Activate the option "Display on screen"
- Select the display period
- Assign a title for the post
- Publish the post
→ After publishing, the post is automatically transmitted to and displayed on the assigned MagicInfo screens. If you later edit or unpublish the post, the display on the screen is updated or hidden automatically.
Information on screen display:
Content & Formatting: Only the plain text of your Allthings pinboard post will be transferred. Formatting (bold, italic, lists, links) and images will not be displayed on the screen.
Design & Layout via MagicInfo: While the Samsung screen itself is capable of displaying highly diverse content, the entire design, templating, and visual formatting are managed centrally within the MagicInfo web interface.
How the integration works: The integration automatically inserts your Allthings text into a dedicated text field within the MagicInfo layout. This is particularly useful and efficient for quick announcements, important notices, or changing daily offers.
Display period: Since MagicInfo does not support specific time-of-day slots, the post will be displayed all day during the selected period.
