Introduction
Enerpeak AG is a Swiss provider that collects and processes consumption data from Multi Utility Controllers installed in residential and commercial properties. Through an iframe micro-app in the Resident Portal, Allthings makes residents' electricity, hot water, cold water and heating consumption data available to them.
Enerpeak provides the raw data via an SFTP interface. Allthings automatically processes it every day, assigns it to the correct units, and displays it in a prepared format.
How it works
The connector automatically reads the meter data provided by Enerpeak once a day and calculates the daily and monthly consumption for each unit. The processed values are then shown in the "enerpeak" micro-app in the Resident Portal.
- Automatic, daily data sync with Enerpeak
- Records up to four consumption types per unit: electricity, hot water, cold water and heating
- An "Overview" section showing current consumption per type
- Consumption data is automatically cleared once a tenancy ends
Information for residents
You can find your consumption data directly in the Resident Portal:
- Open the Resident Portal and tap "enerpeak" in the main menu.
- In the "Overview" section, you see your current consumption for electricity, hot water, cold water and heating.
- The values are updated automatically every day, so no manual entry is needed.
If you cannot see the micro-app, the feature may not yet be set up for your unit. In that case, please contact your property management.

Setup and activation
To use the solution, the "Enerpeak" connector must be set up, channeled and activated in the Cockpit. This requires SFTP credentials from Enerpeak as well as mapping the meter IDs to the corresponding units.
Management and control
Up to four meter fields can be set per unit: electricity, hot water, cold water and heating meter ID. This mapping is done once via the unit's custom fields in the Cockpit; data retrieval then runs automatically afterwards. Consumption data is automatically deleted once a tenancy ends.
Rolling out to residents
Inform your residents, for example via the notice board in the Resident Portal, that the new "enerpeak" feature is available and where they can view their energy consumption.
Support and further help
For more information about the solution, see the Enerpeak Energy Visualization marketplace page.
For content or technical questions about the consumption data, please contact Enerpeak AG. For questions about the setup in the Cockpit, Allthings Support is available to help.
