Introduction
Primeo Energie offers energy solutions and self-consumption community (ZEV) models based on Smart-Me technology.
The integration into the Allthings app is provided as an iFrame micro-app called "Primeo Energy Visualization". This means the energy data from Primeo/Smart-Me is embedded directly within the app interface, so residents never have to leave the app.
How it works
The "Primeo Energy Visualization" micro-app is displayed directly within the Allthings app via an iFrame.
The content and functionality come entirely from Primeo/Smart-Me – Allthings only embeds the display. No data is exchanged between Allthings and Primeo/Smart-Me.

Access requires a separate login with a personal Primeo/Smart-Me account – there is currently no automatic sign-in (no Single Sign-On) via the Allthings account.

Access and use
- The "Primeo Energy Visualization" micro-app is available as its own menu item in your resident portal.
- When you open it, you'll reach the Smart-Me sign-in page, where you log in with your personal Primeo/Smart-Me account.
- Once logged in, you'll see your power consumption and the building's solar production clearly displayed as graphs.
- For questions about your account or the displayed values, please contact Primeo directly (see support section).
Information for property management
Setup and activation
- Setup and activation are usually carried out by the Allthings team.
- The solution is set up as an iFrame micro-app in the Allthings Cockpit; only the embedding URL provided by Primeo/Smart-Me is required.
- Not all properties necessarily use the same Primeo application (Primeo vs. Primeo ZEV app) – correct mapping is handled by the Allthings team during setup.
Management and control
- Content management of the energy data is handled exclusively by Primeo/Smart-Me – changes to data, evaluations, or the interface are not possible via Allthings.
- There is currently no SSO connection; residents need their own Primeo/Smart-Me account to view the data.
Introducing it to residents
- Inform residents about the new energy overview in the app – for example, via the notice board.
- Point out that a personal Primeo/Smart-Me account is required to use it.
- Highlight the benefits: transparency about personal consumption, better understanding of ZEV billing, more conscious energy use.
