Introduction
Sintio is a Swiss provider of intelligent charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. The solution records, visualizes, and bills power consumption at private and publicly accessible charging stations on the property.
The integration is implemented as an iFrame micro-app: the Sintio platform is embedded directly in the resident portal, so residents can access their charging data without any detour.
How it works
Sintio operates and manages the charging infrastructure independently. Allthings only displays the Sintio platform through an iFrame micro-app in the resident portal — all content, data, and functionality are provided and controlled entirely by Sintio.
- Direct access to the Sintio platform from the resident portal, without a separate app
- Overview of private and public charging stations
- Display of energy consumption and charging history
- Insight into the billing of charging costs
No data is exchanged between Allthings and Sintio — the solution simply opens the external Sintio application within the app.
Information for residents
Once the solution is activated for your property, you will find the Sintio menu item in the resident portal. A click opens the Sintio platform directly within the app.
- You can view your private and public charging stations
- You can see your current energy consumption and charging history
- You can review your charging costs and invoices
To log in to Sintio, you need your own Sintio account. If you have questions about your login details or billing, please contact Sintio directly (see "Support and further help").
Information for property management
Setup and activation
Setup and activation of the Sintio integration is generally carried out by the Allthings team. This requires an existing collaboration with Sintio for the property in question.
Management and administration
Once activated, the "Sintio" menu item automatically appears in the resident portal for the relevant property. The tile's name, colour, and icon can be adjusted by the Allthings team on request. No ongoing administration is required from property management, as Sintio independently handles operations, data recording, and billing.
Introducing residents to the solution
We recommend informing residents about the new feature, for example via the noticeboard in the resident portal, and pointing out that a Sintio account is required.
Support and further help
Further information about the solution is available on the Sintio marketplace page and on the Sintio website.
