Introduction
myRENZbox is a digital mailbox and parcel locker system for the secure, contactless receipt and dispatch of parcels.
Through integration into the Allthings app, residents gain direct access to use the parcel locker via an integrated micro app. The solution is available in both Switzerland and Germany, with slight differences in setup and usage depending on the region.
How it works
The micro app is fully integrated into the Allthings platform and is based on the Allthings data structure. myRENZbox simplifies parcel reception and dispatch - whether you are home or not. Delivery and return are possible with all major parcel service providers.

The lockers are accessible to delivery services of all major shipping providers and increase comfort and security in everyday building life.
Access and usage in Switzerland
To use the parcel locker, simply activate the micro app: Click on the "myRENZbox" micro app in the Allthings app and accept the privacy policy. The micro app is now active, and your name appears on the parcel locker so that logistics providers like Swiss Post can deliver parcels.
PIN management
There are two types of PINs:

Your personal PIN to collect and send parcels

A neighborhood PIN to place items in the locker for neighbors or other service providers
You manage and generate PINs using the PIN management feature within the micro app.
Receiving parcels
As soon as a logistics provider (e.g., Swiss Post) deposits a parcel, you receive an email and can collect the parcel using your personal PIN.
Sending parcels / pick@home
To send a parcel, you must register it with Swiss Post for pickup: https://www.post.ch/en/sending-parcels/sending-mail/have-parcels-collected
You will then receive a tracking number. Use the last 4 digits to deposit the parcel:

Tap "Die Post" on the parcel locker screen

Select "Sendung abholen"

Enter the last 4 digits of the tracking number
Swiss Post will be informed and will collect the parcel.
Access and usage in Germany
To use the parcel locker, three steps are necessary:

Activate the micro app: Click on the "myRENZbox" micro app in the Allthings app and accept the privacy policy. The app is now active.

Grant drop-off authorization: This allows delivery without personal handover. In the micro app, click on "Abstellgenehmigung" and select your myRENZbox. You will then be redirected to the RENZ management page and guided through the process.

Register with parcel service providers: After granting drop-off authorization, you must register with providers like DHL so they know to deliver to your myRENZbox.
PIN management
Same as in Switzerland:

Neighborhood PIN for leaving items for others
Manage your PINs in the micro app.
Receiving parcels
When ordering online, use the myRENZbox address listed in the micro app under "Details zu meiner RENZbox".
Important: Do not include the term "Packstation©" as it is a trademark of DHL—otherwise, the delivery may fail.
Sending parcels
To send a parcel:

Purchase and print shipping labels (online at DHL, etc.).

Register the pickup with the delivery service. Note that pickup may incur a fee depending on the provider.
Entering pickup PIN
When registering the pickup, include the pickup PIN for the respective provider. You’ll find this under the drop-off authorization settings in the micro app.
Leaving goods for any recipient
You can deposit items for other residents, companies, or logistics providers. myRENZbox distinguishes between:

Registered recipients: Sign in as a resident, choose "Zustellung," select the recipient, choose locker size, and deposit the item. The recipient is notified by email.

Non-registered recipients: Use a generated PIN. At the box, choose "Bewohner" → "Zustellung" → "PIN Zustellung," select or generate a PIN. Share the PIN with the recipient, who collects the item using "PIN" → "Abholung."
Receiving goods from any sender
To receive items from unregistered senders, share a generated PIN. The sender selects "PIN" → "Zustellung," finds your name, enters the PIN, and deposits the item. You’ll be notified and can collect it using your personal PIN.
Information for property management
Setup and activation
- myRENZbox is set up as an integrated micro app in the Allthings Cockpit.
- It is based on the Allthings data structure and is automatically assigned to the correct properties.
- Technical setup is coordinated with RENZ and, if necessary, the property manager.
Management and control
- Parcel locker configuration and management are handled via the RENZ system.
- The Allthings micro app serves as a convenient access point for residents.
Introduction to residents
- Actively promote the digital parcel solution. e.g. via the pinboard.
- Point out the correct registration method depending on the location (CH/DE).
- Provide the appropriate instruction links as needed.
