Maneth Stiefel offers modern smart home solutions for intelligent control of heating, lighting, ventilation, blinds, and other home functions.
Via the Allthings app, residents gain direct and convenient access to the control interface of their apartment.
How it works
The feature shows the Maneth Stiefel control platform directly in the Allthings app. When residents open the feature, the control set up for their unit is displayed automatically.
A separate, apartment-specific link to the control system is set up for each unit. This ensures that residents only see the content of their own apartment.

Access and usage
- The control is available as the "Maneth Stiefel" feature in the Allthings app.
- After opening the feature, the smart home settings are displayed directly in the app. If you are using the Allthings app in a browser, please activate third-party cookies.
- If the control is not displayed, a link appears after a few seconds that you can use to open the control platform directly.
- If you are assigned to several addresses, first select the address you want to continue with.
- Access is only activated after successful verification of the tenancy and complete installation of the smart home hardware.
- An apartment-specific, secure link is set up for your unit – you do not need to enter it yourself.

How do I get access to the control interface?
→ The link to your control is set up for your unit and opens automatically in the feature. If a note appears saying that no link is available for your unit, please contact your property management.

Setup and activation
- To use this integration, the building must be equipped with Maneth Stiefel hardware.
- Please note that use is only possible after successful verification of the tenancy and completed hardware installation.
- During setup, the apartment-specific link to the control platform is set up for each unit. If no link is set up, residents see a corresponding note.
- Visibility can be configured for specific buildings or persons via tags or channels.

- Technical control is fully managed through the Maneth Stiefel system.
- The Allthings app serves solely as a convenient access point to the application.
