After successful verification of a valid rental agreement in the correct unit, "Smart Home" by Maneth Stiefel can be used. Afterwards, your tenants can easily adjust the lights, heating, or even shutters through the Allthings app.
Note that to use this integration, the building must be equipped with the hardware of Maneth Stiefel.
