Introduction
The digital notice board from Streamnow replaces classic notices in the entrance area with a modern information display. With the digital notice boards, you show content from the Allthings platform on screens in your buildings (e.g. in elevators or building entrances). This can include pinboard posts from the Allthings app, status messages on maintenance work on elevator systems, or similar.
How it works
The content of the digital notice board is managed via the central Streamnow platform. Through the integration with Allthings, pinboard posts from the communication center in the Cockpit are transferred directly to Streamnow and shown on the screens.

Using the digital notice board
- The digital notice board is located in the entrance area of your property.
- It shows current announcements, contact details, appointments or other important information.
- The content is updated regularly – you do not have to do anything.

→ The content is provided by the property management, automatically or via Allthings.
Can I have my own content displayed?
→ No, control lies exclusively with your property management.
What to do in case of display problems?

Information for property management
Displaying pinboard posts on screens
For every new post in the communication center in the Allthings Cockpit, you can choose whether it should be displayed only digitally or also on the linked screens in your buildings.
Proceed as follows:
- Open the Allthings Cockpit.
- Go to the communication center.
- Create and design a new pinboard post.
Important: Previous posts are overwritten by new ones. - Check the box Display on screen.
- Select a period in which the post should be displayed on the screens.
- Set a title for the post.
→ As soon as the post has been published, Allthings automatically sends the content to Streamnow. It is shown on the screens of the buildings the post is addressed to.
Later changes: If you edit the post, the display on the screens is updated. If you unpublish it or remove the check mark, it disappears from the screens. If you delete it, it is also deleted at Streamnow.
Note: Allthings only transfers the title, content and display period of the post. The design of the display is defined by Streamnow.
Setup and activation
- To display content on screens, the integration must be set up and screens must be available. Allthings takes care of the setup together with Streamnow.
- The digital notice board is physically installed and set up by Streamnow.
- Content management is done via the Streamnow platform. With an active integration, pinboard posts are also taken over directly from the Allthings Cockpit.
- The displays are networked and can be updated and controlled remotely.
Introduction to residents
- Inform residents about the new digital notice board via a pinboard post or a notice.
- Highlight the benefits: all information at a glance, no more paper notices, regular updates.
- Optionally, add a short note about the position of the display in the building.
