Introduction
The digital notice board from Streamnow replaces classic notices in the entrance area with a modern information display. With the so-called digital notice boards, you can present content from the Allthings platform on public screens in your buildings (e.g., in elevators or building entrances). This can include pinboard posts from the tenant app, status reports on maintenance work on elevator systems, or similar.
Functionality
The content of the digital notice board is managed via the central platform of Streamnow. Through the integration with Allthings, certain content can be synchronized and published directly from the Cockpit – for example, messages from the communication center.

Using the digital notice board

The digital notice board is located in the entrance area of your property.

It shows current announcements, contact details, appointments, or other important information.

The content is updated regularly – you don't have to do anything else.

Can I have my own content displayed?
→ No, control is exclusively by authorized administrative offices. -

Information for property management
Displaying pinboard posts on screens
Before each publication of a new post in the communication center in the Allthings Cockpit, you can choose whether this message should be displayed only digitally, or also on linked screens within your buildings.
Proceed as follows:
- Open Allthings Cockpit.
- Go to the communication center.
- Create and design a new pinboard post.
Important: Previous posts are overwritten by new ones. - Check the box for Display on screen.
- Select a period in which the post should be displayed on the screens.
- Set a title for the post.
→ As soon as the post has been created, Allthings automatically sends the content to Streamnow.
Note: Allthings only transfers the content of the post, the design of the display is determined by Streamnow.
Setup and activation
- To display content on screens, the prior implementation of the feature is a prerequisite, as well as the presence of screens.

The digital notice board is physically installed and set up by Streamnow.

Content management is done via the Streamnow platform; with active integration, content can also be taken directly from the Allthings Cockpit.

The displays are networked and can be updated and controlled remotely.

Inform residents about the new digital notice board via a pinboard post or a notice.

Highlight the benefits: all information at a glance, no more paper notices, regular updates.

Optionally, you can add a short note about the position of the display in the building.
